1. Is your order delivery delayed?

2. Is your product damaged during delivery?
Please record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the product.
If the product is damaged, share the video with us on WhatsApp (+91 9390175191) or email (support@trendycottage.com).
Our quality team will review it and contact you within 24 hours.
3. Is your package tampered with?
Please record an unboxing video immediately upon delivery and inspect the product carefully.
- If there is no damage, you’re good to go.
- If there is any damage, share the video with us via WhatsApp or email.

4. What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods:

5. How do I place an order?

To place an order:
- Hover over the product image and click the cart icon, or open the product page and click Add to Cart.
- Go to your cart and click Checkout.
- Choose your preferred payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, etc.).
- Enter your email or mobile number to receive order updates.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive tracking details soon.
6 When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days.
Delays may occur due to weather or logistics issues.
7. Can I change my product after placing an order?
Yes, you can request a change within 24 hours of placing the order.

9. Do you offer international delivery?
Not yet. Currently, we deliver only within India

10. Who pays for returns?
Returns are accepted only for damaged products.
- You must record an unboxing video and share it within 24 hours.
- Return shipping charges will be covered by us.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
12. How will I receive my refund?
Once your refund request is APPROVED. Our team will get in touch with you via email to confirm the necessary account details, if required. After verification, the refund will be initiated, and the amount will be processed within 2–3 working days. Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
13. What products are eligible for returns?
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
For damaged items, an unboxing video is required.
14. What products are not eligible for returns?
Products with minor color variations (especially sarees/dresses) are not eligible for return.
15. Can I exchange a damaged product?
Yes, you can exchange it for the same product. If it’s out of stock, you can choose any other product available on the website.
